Delivery time will be different depending on where you are most of our orders are delivered in 5-15 business days. D
ue to high demand for certain items our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, global pandemics, etc.
Multiple Shipments for Single Order: We operate from multiple fulfillment centers where different products are stored and sometimes likely they ship separately leading to slightly different delivery times. It is likely and very possible that you receive the remaining products anywhere from 1-5 business days. If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact us.
Ship From: We are a 100% U.S. based and owned business with several fulfillment centers shipping from the U.S however many of our products, like most products currently on the market, are manufactured overseas. If a product is in high demand and we no longer hold U.S. inventory we often ship directly from our overseas manufacturers to customers to bring you the lowest prices and reduce shipping times. We do this to allow customers to sill purchase items even when local stock is sold out.
Please bear in mind that, in the rare case this does happen, we still expect to deliver products in the 5-15 business day window. Shipping Cost: Standard shipping on all orders over $20 is FREE! If your order is under the $20 threshold standard shipping is $3.99. Shipping Carriers: Our products are usually delivered via USPS First Class Mail. There are occasions where we use other reliable carriers such as DHL, Fedex, and UPS.
